Snow Plough

NGS are able to provide a comprehensive plough service with our large fleet of gritter trucks, JCB’s, loading shovels, excavators and much more.

Ploughs are fully serviced and maintained to the highest standards so that they are fully suitable for the job, as ploughs which are not maintained to the highest standards damage the surface and the civils as oppose to effectively ploughing snow and slush which can come about from the effective salting of the snow and ice on the surface.

NGS’s fleet of ploughs can plough both to the left and right of the clearance route, and further NGS has ploughs which clear from the middle to both sides. NGS also has ploughs that operate at the side of vehicles for side clearance.

Ploughing trucks are coupled with white salt which is excellent for hard packed snow. Brown salt can be used if customers so requires.

This service is complimented by gritter spreading salt as the snow is ploughed.
